This place is a nightmare. They’re only after your cash. Customer service? Rude and unhelpful. Good luck even reaching them! I know seven others who’ve had the same issues. Seriously, be cautious. It’s better to spend a bit more elsewhere than deal with the hassle these folks bring. They’re dishonest and never follow up. Just do yourself a favor and steer clear!

I settled my bill for the treatment completely. They assured me it would arrive in 6 weeks. Now, 3 months later, I'm still waiting. They won't answer any of my calls or emails. They're super eager to get your business, but once you've handed over your cash, they just ghost you. Also, watch out for sneaky extra charges and don't fall for their so-called discounts. Those discounts just mean they've taken out something essential from the treatment, and you'll end up having to pay for it later.

This is a total scam! The dentist doesn’t give you the lowdown on your actual dental situation or the downsides of using aligners. It feels like they just want your cash. After paying for the aligners, I was shocked to find out that I needed additional treatments almost two months later, and there was no dentist around to explain what was going on. No apologies or regrets from Smile2Impress either. Their customer service is always too busy to take your calls, and I’ve been waiting weeks for a response from the refund team. It’s like they’ve gone completely blind to my requests. I’m just left feeling cheated and am now looking into legal options to get this sorted. Not only are patients misled, but crucial info about the treatment is intentionally left out, which goes against dental ethics. In my case, they didn’t even bother to put the orthodontist's name on their official documents! Seriously, steer clear of Smile2Impress. You’ll end up losing both your money and your peace of mind. It’s all a fraud! Even after they promised a refund by a certain date, guess what? They still haven’t returned my money. What a joke!
